All Lucent Futures accounts are simulated and are not brokerage accounts. No real money is traded in these accounts. Simulated balances are not the trader’s property and cannot be withdrawn. TradeSystem LLC operates the program and pays conditional Performance Rewards under its rules.
Simulated and live performance differ
Simulated results can differ from live trading. Fills, latency, slippage and liquidity may differ from conditions in live markets. Simulated performance does not guarantee future results or reflect every risk of trading real money.
Market data and platform risk
Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices, connectivity, order execution and platform availability can be affected by errors or interruptions. TradeSystem LLC may correct proven pricing or platform errors using its server records.
Conditional Performance Rewards
Performance Rewards are conditional and not guaranteed. They depend on the account rules, payout eligibility, ID verification and compliance review, and may be withheld for rule violations or fraud. Account failure or closure at the lifetime payout cap does not guarantee any further reward. No payout timing is promised.
