Lucent Futures accounts are sold and operated by TradeSystem LLC on the TradeSystem platform. lucentfutures operates this website and first-line customer support under the Lucent Futures brand.

One-time fees and delivery
Instant and Evaluation fees are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. An account is delivered when it is created. A new account appears in the TradeSystem dashboard ready to activate, and the trader activates it by accepting the account agreement. Checkout opens soon.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charges and accounts that were never delivered are refunded once confirmed.
- A refund request for an account that has not been activated — agreement not accepted and no trades — may be reviewed.
- Once an account is activated or traded, its fee is non-refundable, except where mandatory law or the payment platform’s rules require otherwise.
- A failed account, or an account closed at its lifetime payout cap, is not grounds for a refund.
Account cancellation and records
A refunded account that was never activated is cancelled. A refund or chargeback does not erase trading records, performance history or agreement acceptance. These may be retained for fraud prevention, accounting and disputes.
How to request a refund
Email lucentfutures@protonmail.com with your purchase email and payment reference. Customers contact Lucent first. TradeSystem LLC reviews requests and processes confirmed refunds to the original payment method. Payment, account and platform issues escalate to tradesystem.io@gmail.com. No processing time is promised.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected. Account delivery or activation does not override rights or payment-platform rules that must apply by law. Any required consent for immediate service delivery must be obtained through checkout.
