lucentfutures operates this public website and first-line support under the Lucent Futures brand. The static website is hosted on Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Website requests may involve technical information, including IP address and request logs, processed by those providers. The website has no customer database, signup form, card-entry form or marketing analytics configured.

If you contact Lucent support, the information you provide, such as your email, purchase reference and issue description, is used to respond and route your request. Do not email passwords, card numbers or identity documents to Lucent support.

Program data processed by TradeSystem LLC

TradeSystem LLC processes account, payment, ID-verification and trading data for the Lucent Futures program. This supports account creation and activation, payment processing, trading and risk controls, compliance review, Performance Rewards, refunds, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Whop and the applicable verification and payment providers also process information under their notices.

Requests about account, payment, ID-verification or trading data can be sent to Lucent support at lucentfutures@protonmail.com or directly to tradesystem.io@gmail.com. Lucent routes relevant program requests to TradeSystem LLC.

Checkout and return page

Buyers sign in through TradeSystem, use Whop checkout started by TradeSystem, and return to the TradeSystem dashboard. The fallback /checkout/complete page uses the status in the URL to display an informational message. It does not use the payment reference to unlock accounts or store payment details in browser storage. URLs can appear in browser history and hosting logs; secrets and card details must not be placed in return URLs.

Records and retention

A refund or chargeback does not erase trading records, performance history or agreement acceptance. TradeSystem LLC may retain these for fraud prevention, accounting and disputes. Requests about retention, access, correction or deletion of program data should be sent to TradeSystem LLC through the contact routes above and are handled subject to applicable obligations and rights.

Cookies and browser storage
